1. Valuation Process
All valuations provided via our website or WhatsApp are preliminary estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final offers are only issued following a physical appraisal and precision testing.
2. Testing & Appraisal
We utilize specialist technology to determine metal purity. However, in rare cases where items are heavily plated, a small "scratch test" may be required with the client's explicit verbal consent.
3. AML Compliance
Surrey Gold Exchange operates in strict accordance with UK Anti-Money Laundering legislation. All clients must provide valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address for transactions exceeding statutory limits.
